New Year's Day 2008

Eight brave club members, Stuart Mellan, Harvey MacLellan, Jamie Stephen, Amy Methven, Archie MacLellan, Jo Kinghorn, Stephen Kinghorn and Gerry Murray, all ventured onto the water on New Year's day to help raise funds for the Luss Rescue Boat.

My son will kill me if I lose his hammer

And for my next trick the hat will turn into a hip flask

Harvey has grown into his big brother's rugby kit.

First rescue of the year, hope they are all as easy as this one

Jamie Appearing as Santa (without the toys)

Oops!

Lost the beard and trousers but didn't give up "well done Jamie"

Amy ready for take off dressed as Tinkerbell

The smile proves it was all worth it

Still smiling

Archie gives a good impression of Harry Potter

Archie looking as though he has graduated to the adult ranks and being brave enough not to wear a wetsuit, but is there one hidden under all those clothes?

Looks like he was brave enough

Jo, last year's winner of the best fancy dress award, giving the others a chance this year

Looking lovely as ever

Mum can swivel ski, but I can do....................THIS!

There are always more willing hands around when Jo comes in to land

Steve moving away from the gay Hawaiian look to give us the Village People?

Steve's style proves he was once a member of the over 100' club

Coach Steve showing how to do a perfect landing, well he does have over 30 years experience

Gerry realising Scotland in January is a tad colder than Spain

If I pull hard enough and make a scary face I won't feel the cold

Note to self "wear some thing I can hide a drysuit under next year!"
